• Manager Visibility (Plus Tier): Managers can view staff completion rates and training status as part of the service agreement.

• Provide and manage access to SPARK Care™, SWIFT+R™ modules, and other training.
• Allow managers to track staff compliance and training completion.
• Send platform updates, support responses, and (if opted in) marketing communications.
• Improve the technical functionality of the platform.

4. Legal Basis for Processing

Under UK GDPR, we process data based on:

• Contract: To provide the training services purchased by you or your employer.
• Legitimate Interests: To improve our frameworks and ensure platform security.
• Consent: For marketing communications (which you can withdraw at any time).

5. Third-Party Sharing

We do not sell your data. We only share information with essential service providers, such as:

• LMS Hosting: Our platform is powered by WordPress, which stores account data.
• Email Services: Used to send login details and platform notifications.
• Regulatory Bodies: If requested by a provider to assist with evidence for Ofsted or local authority audits.

6. Data Retention

We retain your personal data only for as long as your subscription is active or as required to provide your training history and certificates.

If a subscription is cancelled, data is typically deleted after 12 months, unless a longer period is required for legal or regulatory purposes.
